Membership in RACWI is not a guarantee for participation as an author/illustrator at the RCBF. Published RACWI members are invited to apply to participate as authors/illustrators in the RCBF, but because of the volume of requests for slots, not every member will be able to participate every year. Just some of the factors in the consideration of applications are the length of membership and a member’s active participation in volunteering in support of the group.
