RACWI meets once a month from September through June with presentations from authors, illustrators, editors, agents, librarians and booksellers. Our in-person meetings are held at Writers & Books on University Avenue in Rochester. We also meet on zoom, especially during the winter months, which allows us to enjoy presentations from around the world and provide those recordings to our members. In addition to our structured monthly meetings, we plan four casual meetups a year at area bookstores, museums, etc. as well as an annual picnic. We also gather to support our members at book launches, book events and the Rochester Children’s and Teen Book Festival!
